Throughout the day, you need to take a short break in a quiet area to sit quietly and breathe. We are living all the time, but you need some therapeutic breathing. It takes about 3-5 minutes, so there is no excuse not to do it.

Therapeutic breathing calms our minds and bodies, reduces stress and clears our mind.

During our time you will learn breathing and relaxation tips. This will help you calm down and clear your mind. Even if you aren’t experiencing anything major this will help you stay grounded. One of the techniques I like to use is relaxation through rhythm. This involves guided meditation with drums. Believe it or not yes this can be done viritually.
